How accurate is it?

Within [X]% of a tape measure in our field tests on decks, patios and slabs. You can check any job yourself: enter your tape figure and the app shows the difference.

Does it work outdoors in bright sun?

Yes. LiDAR measures depth with its own light, so sunlight doesn't affect it. The screens are built for glare, with large high-contrast text.

What's the largest area it can measure?

There is no fixed limit. Large areas are easiest measured as several sections saved in one project, and the project adds them up.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Jobs save on the phone and upload when you are back in coverage.

What happens to my jobs if I stop paying?

Your jobs stay in your account for [retention period]. Restart your plan and they are all there.

How do I cancel?
